Project officer (arts)
Role and key duties
Arts project officers provide administration and operational support to the development and implementation of projects and programs which will benefit the Victorian arts industry and the community.
Duties may include: developing, maintaining and updating administrative systems to support projects and programs; carrying out research on unit related issues, and preparing related reports and correspondence; providing high-level support services for meetings, seminars and workshops; maintaining close liaison with relevant government and non-government organisations; preparing briefing papers, reports and correspondence up to a Ministerial level as sought; and contributing to operational requirements of a range of projects.
Minimum qualification required
Completion of a Degree in Arts.
