Podiatrist

Role and key duties

Podiatrists diagnose and treat medical and surgical conditions of the feet, including bone and joint disorders, muscular pathologies and neurological and circulatory diseases.

Duties may include: providing vascular and neurological assessment; and management of chronic disorders and high risk patient groups.

Minimum qualification required

Completion of a Degree in Health Science with specialisation in Podiatry.
