Role and key duties

Customer service officers provide a range of registration and licensing services.

Duties may include: conducting practical driving tests; performing vehicle inspections; resolving face to face customer enquiries; providing customers with registration and licensing information; and managing cash handling and electronic payments.

Typical qualification sought

Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (including VCE, VCAL or Certificate II VET sector accreditation).
