Role and key duties
Learning and development managers implement learning and development strategies which deliver on an organisation"s training plan.
Duties may include: coordinating training programs; streamlining, developing and improving in-house training and sourcing external providers; coaching management about employee development; and identifying employee training needs.
Minimum qualification required
Completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management.
Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
